Boombox is a complete fitness and wellness center that includes a private gym, therapy center, and high-end amenities. Complex 7 is an expansive sports complex with athletic programs and competitive leagues for all ages. Complex7 houses 2 full size courts available for basketball, indoor soccer and volleyball. Our courts are also home to the Dr. Dish shooting machine and Vertimax training equipment.

Complex7 hosts an array of leagues for you and your team to satisfy your competitive drive.
TRAINING & THERAPIES
Complex7 currently offers multi-week basketball, volleyball and softball courses for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Join our Silver Sneakers Senior Fitness Class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 AM. Whether enrolled in Silver Sneakers or not, all seniors are welcome, with the option to pay the open gym membership fee for access.
