Cancellation policy
At Complex 7 and Boombox we know that sometimes life happens and you will not be able to make it to your scheduled session. All services may be cancelled via online portal, mobile app, or by calling into the studio. If you need to cancel, please do so within our required timeframes as listed below.
For Personal Training Appointments:

Personal training appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.

Personal trainers will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals and your sessions will start from the time agreed upon. Please call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for a session.
For Classes:

Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the class.

If you do not appear for a scheduled class or fail to give at least 12 hours notice, you will forfeit one session from your class session package.
For Therapies:

All therapy sessions may be cancelled up to 12 hours before your appointment time.

If you do not appear for a scheduled therapy appointment or fail to give at least 12 hours notice, you will forfeit one session from your session package.
