With two full size indoor basketball courts, leagues, a party room, and our flagship fitness center - Boombox, we are confident that Complex 7 has something for everyone.

Sports Skills Academies
Complex 7 currently offers multi-week basketball, volleyball and softball courses for all levels from beginner to advanced. Courses are multi-week programs that build upon concepts learned week over week.
We also offer weekly drop-in basketball and volleyball classes.

To make you compete at a higher level.
Personal Training
Complex 7 is proud to offer personal training for basketball and volleyball. Our specialized routines and plans are formed to help you move ahead of the competition.
During a personal training session you can expect to work on fundamentals, skills, and drills specific to your sport and your position -all the while increasing your strength, stamina, and effectiveness.
Complex 7 is proud to partner with BOOMBOX, The Tri-state area's only fitness center of its kind.
